IDGOMB...Monday
Well, I guess I will start today's thread (because I am proud of myself and wanna tell y'all about it)...
So far today I went to the YMCA and did
45 mins in Step Arobics Class
and...
45 mins in Sculpt Class
Whooo Hooo..(And I survived to write about it...lol)
And I did this with another fellow OH girl..but I will let her tell you about it.

I survived it too!!! AND I am really proud of it too!! We worked hard at Sept and Scuplt today, but I feel so good about it!!!
I am looking forward to Wednesday and Kickboxing, now!
AND.. I am doing the 12 week summer slim down at the Y and I lost 4 pounds according to their scales!
It was a good day, I'm a bit sore, but it is a good sore!

WHY HASN'T ANYONE BUILT A STAR TREK TRANSPORTER YET????
I wanna go to the Y with you and Amy and do classes!!!!
I must admit I love going to the gym. I spent about an hour and a half there today. I don't think I pu**** quite like you guys do (I work at my own pace instead of being pushed by an instructor), but I am getting some movement in!
Today I did
:: 25 minutes on the recumbent bike (almost 9 miles)
:: 18 minutes on the treadmill (2% incline)
:: my lower body hip stretches
:: my lower body weight machines (back extension, calf extension, leg press, adductor and abductors)
I wanted to keep going, but I needed to get home to the dogs. I'm pleased to say that my hip bursitis is almost completely gone AND I did it by stretching and strengthening instead of having to get a cortisone shot! YAY!
I plan to go back to the gym tomorrow for more of the same and my upper body routine.
Y'all kicked some Y-butt today, ladies!!!!
